4. Participant Selection

Registration does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the reality show.

• production decisions,

• technical or organizational possibilities.

5. Participant Obligations

The participant agrees to:

• provide truthful information,
• communicate politely,
• respect other participants,
• not publish false information,
• not infringe copyright,
• not distribute hateful content,
• not publish content that violates the law,
• protect their login credentials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are considered violations of the rules in particular:

• fraudulent voting,
• use of bots,
• creation of fake accounts,
• manipulation of results,
• impersonating another person,
• publishing another person's personal data,
• harassing others,
• spreading spam,
• attempts to compromise system security,
• unauthorized copying of content.

7. Participant Profile

Each participant may create a personal profile containing, for example:

The organizer may modify or remove a profile in the event of a violation of the rules.

8. Photographs and Videos

The participant declares that:

During a live broadcast, the participant is required to:

10. Voting

The Participant, Member and M+R Face acknowledge that:

• in the event of a tax obligation arising from a prize, they shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the country where the prize is received or obtained,
• the organizer may require identification information necessary to fulfill legal obligations,
• the organizer is not responsible for the individual tax obligations of participants, members and M+R Faces.

14. Personal Data Protection

The organizer processes personal data for the purpose of:

• registration,

• organization of the reality show,
• communication,
• system security,
• fulfillment of legal obligations.

The scope of processing depends on the services used.

15. Copyright

All platform content, including:

• graphics,

16. Termination of Participation

The organizer may terminate a user's participation, in particular in the event of:
